In the last week, I have had the pleasure of being a virtual courtroom for a few courts. These weren’t actual courtesans but rather a group of students and judges, all of whom are volunteers. This experience was so much more than just sitting in a courtroom. It was a chance to learn from each other, learn from this, and learn from that.
A court is a place where people go to be heard. Virtual court is a place where people can go to be seen. Virtual courts are generally the same regardless of the type of court you’re in. The difference is that judges and students get to interact with each other and learn how to be civil.
This was a virtual court. We were there learning how to be civil. Most virtual courts are run by judges who take part in debates about topics that the rest of the court discuss. And we were in one of those debates.
It’s a virtual court because the judges aren’t there. It’s more about learning how to be civil. It’s a virtual court because people are interacting online. It was a debate. It was really fun. The judges are there to be civil but the kids are there to learn how to be civil.
I think there were two main issues in the court… that it was a virtual court and that it wasn’t. We were all there to learn how to be civil but we were also learning about the rules of the court. The virtual court is more about how to be civil than the real court. If it were a real court we would be learning how to be civil. Although I am glad that the judges were there, there is no reason to think that anyone will be there to be civil.
It’s actually a bit of a bummer that we couldn’t be there to learn how to be civil because it would be a real court. I could see the reasoning, but being a judge is an elective, and that means that you need to be elected to the bench. Not only that, but most judges are required to be licensed. The only reason I would be learning how to be civil is because I want to become a judge.
There’s a reason why lawyers are called judges. In the United States, any person could be a lawyer. In fact, there are actually two kinds of people that can be lawyers: the general public and the legal profession. In the legal profession, you are expected to be a little more educated than the general public. This means that you need to have a higher level of education and know a little more about a lot more people so that you can effectively represent them.
I had the chance to sit down with Judge Bill Williams, one of the judges that oversees the local courthouse in Denver, Colorado. He explained that the Denver courthouse is a sort of virtual court because the judge’s office is online but a lot of the work is done in real life, such as presiding over the court, but he said it’s still a highly virtual court. The courtroom can be accessed from anywhere in the city on a desktop.
Denver is a very tech savvy city (like me). In fact, I’m not even sure the entire city has a single cell phone or tablet these days. So we can be sure that the judges are actually doing a lot of work. If they have to go to the courthouse and take a break for lunch, they can’t be doing that work while they’re in the building.
Its a virtual court. The judges preside over meetings in the virtual court. Its like the real court, except its a virtual world, with judges and all that. The court has its own unique set of rules that are not found in the world of real life. This means that they are able to set and break “deadlines” for things like jury trials in real life. For example, if the state has not yet met a deadline, their judgment is void.
